In 1999 I attended The Academy of Hair Design. I completed the Nail Technology course & received my state license from the Oregon Board of Cosmetology.

I then worked for a local salon & day spa.
I decided to return to school to add Hair Design to my license. I have been a licensed Hair Stylist since 2002.

With the skill & knowledge I gained, I was ready to step out independently. In December of 2004 I opened Studio S Salon.

I was a true "studio". In a 9 x 10 room located within another business, I provided hair & nail services for my clientele. After much planning & day dreaming, in early 2007 I was ready to expand my studio. In May of that year, I found the perfect location. After a slight remodel it became all I had dreamed of. Studio S is now located on the banks of the Willamette River just steps from downtown.

My salon is classic black & white with touches of personality. Lots of windows & a wonderful porch allow you to enjoy the quiet nature & scenic views. Leather chairs by the fireplace make for a relaxing pedicure, alone or with a friend! We serve complementary beverages & sweets to our clients & guests. The salon is spacious yet offers private areas to be pampered. I not only promise wonderful services, but also a salon with the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation, quoted "Immaculate" by the Oregon State Health Inspector! Whether it’s a special occasion or regular services, you’ll enjoy every visit!

In October of 2007, Gina Ott joined my salon. She is a very talented nail technician & hair stylist. Gina brings both her talent & over 18 years experience in the beauty industry to the salon. Together we share my studio & compliment one another personalities. I feel fortunate to work along side her!

I offer a variety of quality hair and nail services. Gift certificates are available for any occasion. I also carry a selection of professional hair care products to choose from.
